Start Your Child's Dental Journey With Us

At Cavitybusters Dentistry 4 Kids, we follow the advice from the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Therefore, we encourage all parents to make their child's first dental appointment by their first birthday. This early visit should be informative, positive, and enjoyable for you and your child. Talk to your child before the visit and explain that our dentist will talk to them, answer questions, and explain any procedures.

Avoid using words that might cause anxiety. Don't talk about drills or needles or shots. Avoid talking about pulling or pain. It is our practice to use less frightening words to convey the same message. This keeps your child at ease.

You are welcome to stay with your child during the first visit. If your child has special needs, we may ask you to stay with your child during the first restorative visit as well until your child trusts our team. We treat every child like our own. After an appointment, sit with your child in the waiting room to build confidence and minimize apprehension. We have free Wi-Fi for your convenience.

Other children are not permitted in the treatment room during your child's appointment. This ensures privacy and safety. Other children should stay in the waiting area with a supervising adult. Together, we hope we can help your child have a happy and healthy smile for life. We look forward to building a partnership with you for your child's lifelong dental habits.
